How a Lesson Works

Each micro-lesson takes 5-8 minutes and follows three phases:

VIVI, your AI companion, teaches the concept using the Socratic method — questions, examples from your profession, and links to real AI tools.

Challenge

Prove your understanding with a hands-on challenge. No passive multiple-choice — 80% of challenges require you to actually USE an AI tool.

Stamp

Pass the challenge and earn a Skill Stamp + XP. Collect all 10 stamps to unlock the module quiz.

Distribution per 10-lesson module. Exact types may vary by profession and level.

Completing a Module

A module is complete when you finish all three stages:

  1. 10 Lessons — complete all micro-lessons and earn all 10 Skill Stamps
  2. Module Quiz — 5 questions covering the entire module. Pass with 3/5 or higher (60%)
  3. Practical Task — one real-world assignment that ties everything together

After completing all three, you receive the Module Badge and unlock the next module.

What If I Don't Pass?

FIRVO is designed to help you succeed, not punish mistakes:

  • Each challenge allows up to 3 attempts with constructive feedback after each try
  • On the 4th attempt, you automatically pass — the goal is learning, not gatekeeping
  • VIVI gives specific tips on how to improve, not just "wrong, try again"
