Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the FIRVO platform available at firvo.ai ("Platform", "Service"), operated by:

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "User" — any natural person who creates an account on the Platform.
• "Organization" — a legal entity that subscribes to a B2B plan and enrolls its employees.
• "Content" — educational modules, AI-generated responses, quizzes, certificates, and any other material available on the Platform.
• "AI Navigator" — the AI-powered conversational assistant that guides Users through their learning path.
• "Subscription" — a paid plan granting access to premium features.

3. Service Description

FIRVO is an AI upskilling platform that helps professionals learn how to use artificial intelligence tools in their specific profession. The Platform provides:

• Structured learning paths with 7 levels per profession
• AI-powered navigator for personalized guidance and practice
• AI Readiness Score across 6 dimensions
• Practical modules with real-world tasks
• Certificates of completion (individual and EU AI Act readiness)
• Employer dashboard for B2B customers

FIRVO is an educational platform. It does not provide career coaching, job placement, legal advice, financial advice, or any professional consulting services.

4. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address or signing in with Google. You must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

FIRVO offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe (monthly, quarterly, or annual). By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled
• You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice
• Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not completed more than 3 modules (EU right of withdrawal)

B2B subscriptions are billed per seat. The Organization administrator manages seats and billing.

5.1. Transitioning from Individual to Organization Plan

If you have an active individual (Pro) subscription and join an Organization that covers your Pro access under a B2B plan, you will be presented with the following options:

• Cancel at end of billing period — your individual subscription will be automatically canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain both accesses until then. No refund is issued.
• Cancel immediately with prorated refund — your subscription is canceled immediately. You will receive a prorated refund for the unused days of the current billing period to the payment method on file.
• Keep both subscriptions — you may choose to maintain your individual subscription alongside your organization access. Both subscriptions will be billed independently.

5.2. Transitioning from Organization to Individual Plan

If you leave an Organization, are removed from an Organization by its administrator, or the Organization's B2B subscription is canceled, the following rules apply:

• Grace period (7 days) — after losing organizational access, you receive a 7-day grace period with full Pro access to decide on your next steps.
• Data safety — all your data (progress, XP, streaks, certificates, conversations) is safe and preserved regardless of subscription changes.
• After the grace period — if you do not activate an individual subscription within 7 days, your account will automatically be moved to the free plan. You may activate a personal Pro plan at any time.

5.3. Organization Membership Restrictions

• A User may belong to at most one Organization at a time. To join a new Organization, you must first leave your current one.
• The sole administrator of an Organization cannot leave without first transferring the administrator role to another member.
• If a B2B subscription is canceled by the administrator, all Organization members will be notified by email and receive the grace period described in section 5.2.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate educational content, chat responses, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for educational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies
• AI responses do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
• You should verify any AI-generated information before relying on it in professional settings
• We continuously improve AI outputs but do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Input harmful, illegal, or personally identifiable information of third parties into the AI chat
• Resell or redistribute Platform content without written consent

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, code, trademarks, and educational materials are the property of Progressive Pro Sp. z o.o. or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal educational purposes.

Certificates issued by FIRVO are your property and may be shared publicly. Misrepresenting the scope of a certificate is prohibited.

9. Data and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Conversation data with the AI Navigator is stored to maintain learning context
• B2B employer dashboards show aggregated team progress — employers cannot see individual chat messages, quiz answers, or login timestamps
• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through Settings or by contacting hello@firvo.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access for Terms violations, with prior notice where practicable.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Poznan, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.
